Customers located in Europe must place their orders exclusively through our main shop at www.elovelis.com to ensure compliance with EU regulations, including the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

We have a 30 day return policy. If your products are in their original packaging (unopened) and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt.

Once we receive your request, we will arrange a pickup for your package via Quiqup within 24 hours. The courier will collect your package directly from you and return it to our ELOVELIS HQ.
