We aim to provide optimal assistance and will send you the exchanged items in a different size immediately after contact, without waiting for your return.

Once you receive your exchanged items, we’ll provide a return label so you can send the original items back to us.

We have a 30 day return policy. If your products are in their original packaging (unopened) and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt.

Once we receive your request, we will arrange a pickup for your package via Quiqup within 24 hours. The courier will collect your package directly from you and return it to our ELOVELIS HQ.

Please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation.
